In 2022, Emmanuelle and her team chose JeudiMerci to make their end-of-year holiday gifts. We had the chance to talk to her to find out everything:

As an Event Manager, Emmanuelle is responsible for organizing internal events such as webinars, but also external events such as participation in trade shows. She is also responsible for managing corporate goodies and Christmas gifts.
Before crossing paths on ThursdayMerci, AssessFirst had already taken the decision to send physical shipments. It was a tedious experience, testifies Emmanuelle. After two years in a row where we had to create transport labels, order objects, spread all the gifts in a room, put them in packages... A fun project, but very hard and time-consuming to complete.

A twofold problem then arose in order to solve this loss of time and these days of trials:

  • Find a service provider who could manage the shipments and repatriation of goodies and kakemonos at fairs and other physical events
  • And, the same provider that offered a gifting service to send physical objects much more easily... and quickly!

The year before, it was too complicated, I had to go to the warehouse, create the addresses by hand, post my packages... hell! That's when Emmanuelle met JeudiMerci, and the first physical campaign was set up for the end of year 2022 holidays.

Emmanuelle's No. 1 challenge was the management of customer lists with destinations in France, England and the USA. It was then alongside Nadège that Emmanuelle created her campaign in a few clicks after choosing her gifts.

What I remember, explains Emmanuelle,”It's my collaboration with Nadège [CSM superheroine from JeudiMerci], which continues to this day! She really supported me in my first steps (and first mistakes!) on the platform, is always accommodating and available, and with Ralf finds solutions to each logistical challenge that I submit to them! A real 10/10 for the collaboration and the ease of the campaign.”

What is super interesting about the history of AssessFirst is the effect their campaign has had. They got a lot of feedback from their customers who posted photos on LinkedIn.   • Start by evaluating the price of the shipments before determining the amount of the gift you can select. Indeed, very good advice from Emmanuelle, because we do not necessarily realize the costs generated by postal shipments. That's why we recommend using our shipping simulator, which is directly available on our application. You will therefore have an accurate estimate of the ancillary costs in addition to the gifts you send.
